My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was larger than what I've experienced in other Japanese hotels. The easy access to the train station was a plus, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The service was top-notch, with cooperative and well-mannered staff always ready to assist. The location, close to the Shin Osaka bullet train station, made getting around a breeze. The dining experience exceeded my expectations, offering a delightful combination of European and Japanese cuisine. However, the facilities could use some improvement. Overall, a great value for the money.
